Printmaking online

I am an artist printmaker based in Buckinghamshire. I work chiefly in lino and wood, using a pair of Albion presses dating from 1851. My work focuses on the rural landscape with especial interest in light, weather and season. I cut and print all my blocks by hand working in very small editions.

This is printmaking as a craft process and this site aims to both exhibit my work and inform the viewer about the printing process.

You can visit me in my studio and watch me printing at my Open Studio event, click on the link to see more...

The links above will take you to my blog, my pictures and to updates about my work. If you like what you see please click the ‘stumble it’ button

Check out my public art project in vitreous enamel: the biggest hand painted enamel artwork in Europe, now installed in Great Western Street, Aylesbury.

Have a look at the result of my Japanese woodblock residency. I was one of six international artists selected to travel to Japan for an intense eight week residency learning traditional skills from master craftsmen.
